Finding An Experience

To find an experience or product, click "Book Now".

Use the map or available filters to narrow your search if necessary.

Scroll down and explore events or product from the list.

Pro tip: To quickly see experiences near you, just click the geolocation/target icon on the filter page and then click "Search". It looks like this:

Finding A Chef or Vendor

Alternatively, to find a chef or vendor, just click "Let's meet your chef".

Use the map or filters to find the name of a chef or vendor store.

Explore a store to see what they have to offer.

Sign In or Sign On

You will need an account to book. So, click My Account / Sign-up at the top of the screen to login or create an account.

Create or use a Cook Casa account OR use your Facebook or Google login.

Follow the steps to add you preference and payment info.

From your dashboard, where you manage your settings and bookings, click "Products and Services" to see services OR go to the home page by clicking the "Cook Casa" logo.

Congratulations! You can now book events on Cook Casa!

Booking an Experience

Once you choose an event, you will see the event details transparent pricing right away.

Simply pick a date, select an available booking time, specify the number of persons.

Click "Check Availability" or "Buy Now" depending upon whether this is a booked event or product.

Apply a coupon code if you have one.

Click "Proceed to checkout". If no confirmation is necessary

Add a tip if desired.

Add or confirm event location information.

Agree to the terms.

Click "Request Confirmation"

Expect to get a question or two from the chef about your cooking equipment if this is a chef-prepared event, if you have not provided this.

Your confirmation will come to your email prompting you to login and pay.

Use the email link provided or go to your "Bookings" on your dashboard to pay.

Now you are booked directly with your chef.

Use the "Get Support" button on your dashboard to communicate with your chef if necessary.

An email will be sent with details and an appointment for your calendar.
